e-GUCE is a software and hardware platform for electronic data exchange, designed to host all digital services offered by GUCE, including components like e-Force, e-Payment, SIAT.

This is the single form for foreign trade operations, designed to enable operators to carry out their foreign trade procedures from a single point. The system automatically triggers the procedures with various stakeholders

This is the information system for technical administrations that enables them to issue electronic documents related to foreign trade.

To access the platform and benefit from all the services it offers, you need to have an internet connection, as well as a username and password provided by GUCE. The e-GUCE form is accessible to: Shippers (importers/exporters); Licensed Customs Brokers; Freight Forwarders; Banks; Insurance Companies; Government Agencies (Customs, Treasuries, port authorities, Ministries, National Cocoa Coffee Board…)

Access to the e-GUCE platform is free for Cameroonian operators and subject to general conditions for stakeholders outside of Cameroon (transit, etc.)

To obtain your username, you must download the information form available in the ‘Documents’ tab. This form should be completed, dated, and signed by the legal representative of the company, accompanied by the following attachments: Certificate of registration in the importers/exporters database (valid) or approval as a transit agent or licensed customs broker. Taxpayer Card. Certificate of registration in the trade and personal property credit registry. Location certificate and location plan. Registration certificate as a log or processed wood exporter (for wood exporters). Declaration of existence and equipment compliance certificate (for cocoa exporters). Copies of ID cards for future users. The complete file must be submitted to GUCE at the following address: hotline@guichteunique.org.”

You simply need to check the file by clicking on the ‘view buttons’ located in the action column associated with each initiated file.
